Eunice Olsen as a NMP again?

Do you think Eunice Olsen is overated? I saw her performance as a judge in Arena last week and I'm quite surpised that she could not gave any good comments compared to the other 3 judges....somewhat like Jacinta in Singapore Idol..the "that's good...", "well done...", etc., etc.,

To be fair, I've not been following her performance in parliament as a NMP.

What do you you think?

Let's be practical. The thought process goes like this: Govt is trying to ensure at least some representation for all groups (whether by race or lobby groups). The NMP is one mechanism to allow this.

Let's ask ourselves: is there any Eurasian rep (with some standing in the community) in Parliament? I think now only Vivian Balakrishnan is quite close but he considers himself an Indian.....
