Have you all noticed? Recently, there seem to be some
renovations going on in all the GRC's. Like they are preparing for
some VIP's or what.
Near my block in hougang green, there is some pruning of plants,
repainting of blocks and building of playgrounds... sianz. All a
facade in my opinion.
The best of all is they are tearing away playgrounds to
build playgrounds
