When you control the media, and ban publications that do not speak favorably of you, its easy to make everyone think that you are the one being defamed when people tell the truth about you.

I think I agree with you about the banning of media. Still when there is no proof, you are defaming someone. As the law says, all the innocent until proven otherwise. So before you find some proof, don't defame ppl. Its irresponsible and reasonable and you get sued too.

I still think that everyone is merely accusing someone because they feel angry or feel unjustified BUT STILL you cannot defame someone.

Prove me wrong, see you in the court and bring forth evidence to the judge.

A country's law is the law of the country.

No one beside the law maker of the country can change it. Be it justify or fair, it is LAW. LAW to maintain ORDER. Different countires has their own ORDER to maintain. I respect A. Intl. Group, but I believe they should not involve in SINGAPORE law. Singapore has its ORDER to be maintained, regardless of whether its Fair OR Justify.

If we amend our LAW just because some group are saying these and that, do they know us? Do they understand what is going in our Garment? If they have any feedbacks regarding Singapore law, please directly communicate and give your feedback to Singapore Law Maker. Thank you.
