i will go lar no matter wat... now is just how i'm gonna tell my manager. i could tell them i gonna leave anyway and pls be flexible, i'll still work as per normal, just lemme take leave or no pay leave or watever.. or i could just kheng an urgent leave excuse due to family problem in australia.

reservist is confirm downgrade, that's not a worree.. it's the hassle of in processing, i dun wanna in-pro.. for fark? gotta buy no 4 all that sh.it....

Hmmmm not sure about that man. But then again the deal about staying for at least 6months b4 u could quit is due to training cost involve right? But since u didn't go for the full training, u shouldn't be liable for that right? Of course, I think thereotically is like that lar. So in conclusion, they might just fire you if u want to insist on your leave. I dun think u care lar but I always believe in coming in good faith and leaving in good faith lor. Rolling Eyes

yeah the 6 months thing is no issue lar.. 19jun is my 6 month date. even if i give notice now it's more than enuff time.

I guess it really depends on how's your relationship with them lor. For me I could tell the truth coz I know them well enough. And if there is a need for me to kheng then I will know what they would ask and what they would not. So u got to weigh what's to your advantage lor. Wink
