Of course...it could!!! It will bring much more investments and
jobs!!! SImple logic.
As for the above that I've said...I'm sure men with integrity,
moral, compassion and high intelligent will understand and accept
it.
I don't have to elaborate.
Now, what I could see is....the high ranking officials and the
elites are blinded with greed and insatiable appetite of monetary
reward.
