Cannot. Water issues.
You thought gundam meh?
Ya. So?
The speech you quoted does not address the problem cited by
TS.
Have more water equals to having more land for people to live, have
recreation lah?
I human har, not fish hor. I have lungs, not gills hor. You throw
me into water, I can swim but cannot breathe underwater one
hor.
"....attract young people with working ability, becoming asset
but
not liabilty."
These young people will become old one right? Then you will
eventually face the same problem one mah. What the statement did,
was merely delaying the small problem from being solved (which is
easier) and let it become a bigger problem in the future.
P.S. Water will not make Spore more people, it will make more
fungi.
