Public car park question

Hi friends,

I heard that in a or some public car park, parking must be done head first else can get fined? is this true? That is, does parking head 1st or rear 1st matter? I have been playing it safe by following what majority do. So, don't know is there such a rule.

but for parallel parking u must park in the same direction as traffic flow…

last time i anyhow park opposite direction… then one attendant came and told me can get heavy fine… me scared and turn it around… haha
