It is those who falsely and vainly believe themselve to be from the First World, looking down at everyone with such disdain, that they fail to realise their own uncouth Third World behavior.

One should ask what could possibly cause these supposedly First World Citizens to unabashedly return to their Third World traits ?

Could it be that their Third World character remains so deep set, that it is second nature to behave accordingly - in knee jerk reaction whenever their position is threatened, or when they are badly exposed for what they truly are : pseudo First World Citizens with a Third World mentality.
