with others. Hip hop is listened to by people ranging from young
teens up to 25? (The bulk i mean) Correct me if i'm outdated
HAHA.
So in that case, with an ageing population and rising no. of this
group entering the electorate by the next 2 elections in 2011 and
2016, PAP is looking at the long haul. In that case, it could be
the right strategy.
After all, elections are based a lot on emotions and
perceptions.
