He knows the current Malaysian leadership can offer a much
improved relationship with Singapore. It is thus important for him
not to rock the boat that is currently sailing smoothly despite the
numerous bilateral problematic undercurrents.
In that case, why the hell did he rock the boat in the first
place with his comments on the marginalisation of Chinese in
Malaysia?
