I've boycotted STOMP since the day I visited it. Not only is it poorly designed, the people there are just as bad.

The prizes are probably attractive enough for the average Joe, but the reason isn't enough for me to hand over my privacy.

Think I might just fire off an email to SPH as to why mobile phone numbers are collected. That court order reason is not enough to convince me. If they can trace the racists by their IP address, I don't see how SPH couldn't do the same thing. Rolling Eyes

Just look at a recent pic of a police car in a handicapped lot. Without confirmation, the poster simply assumes that the police car did so intentionally. That can lead to a lot of unnecessary flame wars and misintepretation.

Personally, i have no comments if they buy over the sggirls section of the forums...i find it only an attraction for perverts or guys with hormornes in overdrive. It does little to improve the reputation of SG forums. Cool
