Tonite CNA featured three speakers from IMF who talked about
difficulty in getting the aid countries to get rid of
corruptions.
They seemed so helpless in doing anything to help those countries
to reform. As a world body called IMF, I am surprised it cannot do
anything to protect those aid funds from being lost to
corruptions.
