Just read this Straits Times article about this Singaporean who
is jailed in the USA for illegal arms dealing as he did not have
the license to do so.
He got a relatively light sentences as he was "smuggling" 2 M-16 to
legitimate Indonesian customers and have no terrorist links.
But he is lablled a Criminal now.
What piss me off is that a certain COMPANY, manufactures cheaper
weapons and banned weapons (landmines). Supplies them to
questionable armed forces.
Caused a decade long genocide and instability in the region.
Landmines still killing people.
Supplies weapons where a US-nato Nations weapons embargo are in
force.
Profiteering from it.
AND ARE STILL DOING IT as you are reading this manages to get away
scot free and for the foreseeable future to come.
World's unfair to those people who operate singly.
