HDB Resale Flat

Do you know if a couple is seperated but not divorced. Can the wife go and buy a resale flat for herself? Rolling Eyes

Ya, she is above 35 years old. But by law not divorce but separated only.

She cannot buy flat yet. she has to obtain some kind of documents eg DC before she can buy.
