Professionals, they may be, but riffraffs, some
of them may be all the same. While MM Lee may be too generalised
when he made that statement, I think you guys are the same to
generalise his statements and conclude that 90% of Singaporeans are
riffraffs with his words.
Whoever it may be, I feel a candidate should prove his or her own
credibility through his or her own actions and words, and I am sure
many can see who are the not-so-credible ones. There is no need to
feel offended by words if the words are not right.
In such situations, people tend to be emotional, and I am sure MM
Lee was just as emotional. I am not judging whether his words were
right or wrong, but that simply shows how strong his feelings
are.
By the way, if you have the courage to post such things, don't
create a new account and hide behind a dubious nick just to do so.
It lightens the weight of your words.
