I think they are welcome here to pay to study.
However, we are not in the position to take them in as on what
right we had to use them. After their education, they must go back
to malaysia where their roots is.
Upon established as a talent in their country after a period of 10
years, we shall then welcome them here as a foreign talent with $1M
annual wage. When new talent is found, the old one should
leave.
