2.Why took he more than good 72 hours from 1pm Wed 26 Apr to
Sat
evening then he read a carefully penned sorry statement?
At Wed 1pm,ELD told him the CCTV footage.
On Wed nite,or early morning Thurs 27 Apr, he should had
a chance to check his briefcase if the form was there.
Why did not he say sorry on Thurs 27 Apr when he met media
on Nomination Day?
Dunt he know it was a damn serious negilience if ELD
lost his form and he implied they did so on Wed 26?

Mr Gomez: Nothing. Because I submitted this with my colleague;
so my colleague was with me all the time. Ive checked with her and
she confirmed also that the form was submitted and was
accepted.
ELD official: Form as in which form because earlier on you said PD
form?
Mr Gomez: Well, PD form is one set.

We submitted
the PD form, that is one set and then after that, I proceeded to
fill the minority form and done, hand in, we sat down. He said okay
(to) both forms we handed in and then we went back to settle the
change of date and we came back and we submitted.
ELD official: Okay, we have reviewed the CCTV and actually what
happened was......
Mr Gomez: Oh I see, Im very happy to hear your version of the
