well my dad just added a carbon drive shaft(s) to his X-trail and is trying to mod it even further…. well 1st of all… is it worth it in the 1st place???

EH put IHI turbo lah!! or maybe put 3point strut bar….anyway…hahah no worth the modifications…coz x-trail is good enuff…new x-trail…ur warranty maybe void if anything spoils…. Tan Chong Motors wont be responsible…

X-trail actually not that powerful comparing to the Turbocharged Subaru Forester S-Turbo and the turbocharged Forester XT. Foresters are faster and more stable. This reports are according to Tan Chong Motors and MotorImage (for ya info – Both companies are under the same boss – Glenn Tan – My dad works under Tan Chong Motors)

boo hoo.... hate the forester..... lousy protection cell...... Possum Bourne died becos he was driving a forester... even with seat belts on he still died.... becos the car got lousy protection cell......BAH!!!

And the forester looks small…X-trail is bigger and has more space I like the front end of the X-trail…Buts sadly, the crash-tests results for the X-trail show tt in a frontal collsion, there is excessve pedal movement, which means tt there is a high chance of getting yr legs injured in a crash….....

the latest forester XT has a Box Engine where when in times of a head on crash the engine will go downwards...due to its V shape. it wont hit ur lets...and abt the x-trail nismo edition....well... u wait till ur balls drop also wont have....u want it go talk to Glenn Tan from Tan Chong Motors....by the way the Box Engine are all equiped to all the latest subarus from 2002 onwards... so too bad possum burne maybe drive the old version of the foresters....

He was in the NEW forester.... and it wasn't even a high speed impact...... maybe a resultant impact of 50km/h.......so much for all the nice theoratical talk of its safety.
