amended/endorsed it.He said it has not been drafted by lawyer,as

James' apology over the Minority Certificate incident
James made an apology over the minority certificate incident at the
Nee Soon East rally. Below is his apology over the issue:
I refer to my claim over the submission of the Minority Certificate
at the Elections Department on 26th April 2006.
I wish to confirm that I did not submit the said application on
24th April 2006 due to too much distraction caused by the busy
schedule leading up to nomination day.
Please accept my sincere apologies if my actions on 26th April 2006
caused any distress or confusion to the staff of the Elections

-----Mr Low Thia Khiang
In 1980 he graduated from Nanyang University with a Bachelor of
Arts degree majoring in Chinese Language & Literature, and
Government & Public Administration. The following year, he read
Chinese Studies at the National University of Singapore and
graduated with a BA (Honours) degree.
In 1981, Thia Khiang enrolled at the Institute of Education and
graduated the next year with a Diploma in Education. Thereafter, he
was a teacher for a few years before venturing into his own

The drafting involves abilities in language and
law.
English is mother tongue of James,not Low.
U read their resume you know James is the better person to
draft.
But we do not know who is better in law.Low may poorer in
English
than James,Low may know law better than James.

James keep silence,or like PAP said,be kept silenced in the nite

read out the statement.He dared not speak another word.
Why?No a sight of remorse.Like a routine.
5.Worse than CSJ's Indonesia loan accusation
Judging fr the material so far,James is a very clever actor,
not a politician.CSJ's claim has not been accopanied with
other actors.In this drama,there are many peoples
involved.
