well i don't think so ... if past trends are of any indication, there will always be subtantially more PAP voters than not ... because the bulk of the older generation simply vote for the PAP without thought ...

People who vote for PAP usually is those one who complain about the raises in transport, gst blah blah blah...those changes usually take place in the first year...after 4 years, the voter forget all those increases...
