Did Mr. Goh say sorry when he come to Hougang?

It is Mr. Goh himself introduced the new policy to link HDB upgrading to politics in the 1997 GE,

Now, when he come to Hougang, he keep talking about Hougang estate is age. Does he feel something dilema in this issue?

If Hougang estate is not age compare with other area, like nearby serangoon, belong to AMK, is obviously the same age estate, then WP has done a good job in the most difficult condition.

if Hougang estate is really age, as the former PM, His government did not give support for the upgrading in Hougang, Did he said sorry to Hougang resident?

this election show more negative side of the ruling party than any positive. Constant attacks on opposition candidates, the use of hdb upgrading as a carrot to pressurized the people to vote for them... make me feel kinda of disgrace that our government ministers can go so low and employ such tactics.

If you really have what it takes, you don't have to use such tactics.
