To those who stays at home most of the time - prepare to pay for
increases in utility charges, as the hint has already been made
known whenever world fuel prices are discussed frequently.
For the small amounts that is available in CASH - be a little bit
more conservative, and more frugal.
Do not splurge it all at one go, it will be needed after the
Elections.
