If AMK goes to WP, LHL will still be PM, just that he has to
work even harder to reclaim the GRC in future. 
IMHO, AMK grc will still be won by PAP, but it will
be a close fight, though more eyes will be on aljunied if speaking
about securing grcs. Upgrading wise, pap will keep their word, so
will WP. Upgrading is for all to enjoy regardless of ruling party,
though WP has made it clear that if you're only after upgrading, go
ahead and vote PAP.
