I have a question here, in a GRC there are 5 PAP candidates, and
i only like 3 of them, the other 2 I dont like, so how to vote, do
i still vote PAP , I think they must limit GRC to 3 candidates,
like the jury, 3 persons so we can make decision, if we like 3 of
them then vote PAP, if u dont like 1 of them then vote opposition
or spoil the vote
