Dude, they dont have to think twice before attacking.
Under war conditions,we can only survive a maximum of about 48
hours.
We can buy all the new airplanes and helicopters we want.
But at the end of the day,you cannot deny that there are so many
people who needs help and an benefit from this sum of 10 Billion
Dollars.
As for pushing the blame to terrorist,I don't really place the
blame on that for increasing our military expenditures.
When there wasn't terrorism, there was communism.
When there wasn't communism, there were concern citizens.
The real problem is the paranoid system that has to stay in
power.
Only by having weapons of destruction, can they stay in power.
Buying us a million SAR21 or M16 isn't gonna help when you do not
have concerned citizens.
How many of us would actually bother to report on suspicious
objects and such?
Then again,it's the way we've been conditioned in this country to
be over-reliant on the state.
