Gazelle SG this is not about who offer the fastest broadband speed, but rather making wireless broadband available island wide. To me that is more meaningful that having 2Gbps when you can only use it office or home.
abao SG hmm...wonder if the usage will it be similar to libraries, where you need a existing Singnet/Starhub/PacNet account to be able to make use of it? And you pay more than a lan-shop charges if you use the Singnet Wireless... They should also inform us about how they charges
Yi Peng SG We can expect greater bandwidth at lower prices in Singapore with this network. If we have wireless nation wide, its gonna cost. Are we ready to pay for it?
Gazelle SG Yes they did, but broadband speed is nothing if you dont use it. Anyway, once the hardward is there, it will be very easy for gov to increase the bandwidth if there is a demand for it. Why do you need 2G for? games?
