I think is more or less these western carmaker too complacent.
Since 90's their technology has not improved much. They keep
chulking out the same thing only the outer appearance has
changed. That is why market share drop badly and Ford
stupidly making big big SUV while fuel price climb like siao.
Now ecomomic downturn, these western carmaker suffer the
worst!
ford explorer = lincoln navigator.
gmc yukon = cadillac escalade.
sometimes its just clone cars they make..
