hmm. probably wait another 1 to 2 months and see how the COE price go. I wonder the SIA retrenchment and HDB corparzation in 1 July will affect the COE’s price or not

the COE thing is a fiasco just to bleed more money for the gahmen coffers..

if they were so intent on "limiting the number of cars on the roads", they would bar the dealers from bidding...

anyone with half an IQ point can see this...

case in point: go look at the real-time "bidding" process.. $1 for the whole week up to the very day itself.. 30 minutes before it closes, th dealers come in and from $1, it jumps to $25k and above...

it's gonna stay high for the year to come and so on cause government just implemented the ten-year instalment finance package and also NO DOWNPAYMENT!!! so now, any tom dick or harry can buy a car as long they can afford to pay for it... $500 a mth for ten years?? it's a pretty good deal for many... so basically, the car market is pretty screwed... Sad
