BadzMaro SG

unless u guys are the center of the universe.. or everything else revloves around u .. the world wont miss it. Trust me. Unless u up ur Silicon or become the regions leading Internet Hub.. there is pretty much nothing that the world will miss and can continue to function without Spore.

vito_corleone SG

the world can live without taiwan, afterall its status as a cheap computer manufacturing hub is being replaced by india which is even cheaper. Laughing the world can definately do without k or j-pop nonsense. or at least i can.

NuLife SG

Pls la. India dun even design/manufacture motherboard or laptop.
Not that i know of.

Perhaps u shud learn that Dell, IBM and various Japanese brands PCs
and Laptops are made in Tawian.
Over 80 percent of the World's PC parts come from Taiwan!!!

Pehaps u shld learn that those AMD motherboards chipsets
are made by Via, a Taiwan company.

Perhaps u shud learn that Asus, Abit, MSI, Acer, BenQ etc made just abt
the whole worlds Best motherboards and laptops.

well yes. its a case of being the best choice amongst your competitors ain't it? thats why to most people they pratically invented the sound card. if your effort was a failure, most people dun remember it(like yamaha etc).

Without Singapore

There wouldn't be "Singapore Fine City" Tees circulating around
All the Uni's in the Times University rankings below the rank of 18 will move up a rank.
No Chee Soon Juan
All the ships that use the malacca straits will prob patronize the port at Tanjung Pelapas
Johor Supermarkets will go buzz.
Dr M will have no scape goat to turn to when elections are coming
Indonesians will have no flags to burn but the Malaysian's
No asian hating asian biatches
JI would prob be riding a rodeo all across the region
No lousy charity scams
Those darn pirates will prob have a field day at the job

Feel free to add to the list..

The world can live without Singapore.

Pretty obvious.

Can the world live w/o Singapore?

Probably not.

But can the world also live w/o Mongolia, Iceland, Antartica, Trinidad & Tobago, Conge and many others.....probably not too.

We do not have natural resources but that is good in a way that w/o oil, we will less likely be a political target...w/o rice, we do not have to sow, w/o rainforest, we are not likely to face a forest fire. We are geographically safe from natural disasters so be grateful we are where we are.

But we are here...and with our current mindset, no wonder people dont take us seriously.

The man who was death SG

The world can’t live without singapore because of our port, we’re the busiest port in the world even though malaysia will try to fight with us but we are still superior

Salman SG

I think world economy will collapse if Singapore disapears because stock markets all over the world will tumble with all the investments here plus all the semiconductor capacity.

I watched S'pore Maritime Foundation on Channel NewsAsia yesterday. They said S'pore produces 60% of the world oil riggs. But I guess the other 40% (our competitors) will be laughing if S'pore disappear.
