I mean, what's the point? The government offers financial
"assistance" but puts up a barrage of creterias to be met, that
most may not qualify for "aid" or simply don't know how to begin
asking for help.
Everything is so "by the book", that even if you are obviously ill
or handicap, you won't be recognized as needy if you have no paper
certifying your medical condition/s.
They will say that so long as you're standing, you can work.
This is the blind stupidity of our government's system. They either
expect you to become a vegetable in hospital bed or die before
letting you have your CPF money to help yourself.
Yes, you have to be dying before you can touch your own
money.
