At least NKF gives 10 cents of donation dollar to subsidise patients' costs of kidney treatment, now how many cts of reserve dolar or per minister's pay cheque dollar has government given to tie over citizens' temporary unemployment or medicare problems?

How aboiut carrying out a management audit on per tax dollar or per reserve dollar spending in solving citizens' medicare problems.

I would rather put it this way, why no one is bothering abt why normal citizens dun have the habit of saving and instead spending on items that they dun really need?
