talents and entrepreneurship, is clean and not after monies, PM Lee
can get his ministers to set as example not to charge
million-dollar salaries or collect 8-months bonuses etc and return
these extraordinary gains of office to the coffers this year before
the election.

hyper salaries and exceptional bonuses after the Singapore has
really achieved its targeted upgrading to a value-adding high
technology economy (like the Korean model) by say 2008.
