my same old argument again ....
if a chap kills somebody .... do you ask his children (or rather,
grand children now ... ) to pay for it ? ....
more than half a century has passed ... we should not forget
history ...
but the only reason people keep digging it out is because some
goverments find
it politically expedient to do so .....
