ok.. 1st off, i am extremely sympathatic to the elderly in these
2 cases, but we have to see the whole story to give a fair
judgement. like you say, it was in his
words that he was deducted $200 for being 10mins late. what
if he was always late for work? always late back from lunch? always
slacking? you have to consider all these possibilities. being a
supervisior, sometimes u have to do something to exert you
authority or else those aunties and uncles will climb over your
head and piss on it.
