Lowering taxes are still not good at all.
Ultimately, the land costs, high rentals, expensive utilities
bills, statutory boards' administrative fees, stamp duties,
expensive fuels. Expensive houses, utilities bills, expensive
living costs, everything is %$%$%$%$%$ even hair cutting every
month also have to pay with %$%$; these resulted locals seeking for
higher salaries inorder to maintain and upkeeping of our
''properties'' 99 years leased and our livelihood.
