Ha..ha..I already anticipated that it will not happen so smoothly.
If the casinos and IR are to be delay further. when the crude oil
hit 85 to 95 dollars. It may cost 7 billion to build and
commission....and to complete by 2009?....I very in doubt. Maybe
completion of phase 1 to 3 out of 5 or 6. 
Good for nothing.
