many people cheong for such certs, and you'd be there to capitalise
on the 'upgrading' opportunities cos, again, usually you'd find
something as the World's [b]First Toilet Cleaning 101
Degree and Master program...
Don't people realise, now you can even apply for social workers for
those higher position no matter how compassionate you are if you
don't have the Degree for Social Works... kinda. A plump Malay lady
was heard telling at one such career fairs quietly: '...eh, remove
all those applications without (social work) degree
qualification...'
As always, I happened to be there.
Now you all know how much passion cannot compare to one cert.

thats why people must understand that cert is sometime very
important.. But is it a must?? Society should started to review on
the types of education people are getting?? Are they getting the
right one for the job?? or are they chosing the right type of
jobs?? Nowadays a lot of jobs do not have the neccessary skilled
person for the jobs.. and Singapore economy required them a lot
more to complement those with degree.. in a platoon, u need a
officer, a plt sgt and a lot of soldiers.. But without these
soldiers where do we have the officer and so forth??
