You have to separate an opinion from a fact.
Facts:
1) APA removed homosexuality as an disorder and hence recognise
that it's not abnormal. British Psychological Society and Chinese
medical profession did the same few years back. What makes you more
qualified than the professionals?
2) Homosexuality was found in 450 species of animals. It's observed
in the natural world
1) You seem to be enthralled by the APA, whose researches bear
no consequences to the practices of fellow-psychiatrist or
psychologists in Singapore, or even throughout Asia, Australiasia,
Europe, or even in the UK.
It was only until recently that certain medical institutions and
qualifications from a limited US Ivy League were accepted and
recognized by the Singapore Authorities.

observed to be homosexualy inclined, it justify that HUMANS should
also practise homosexuality ?
Do HUMANS need to justify its own behaviour from the action of the
animal or other sub-species ?

same sex relationship can be achievable by a leap in some 'Quantum
Mechanics' ?
Has Science and Theology ever merge, or has Theology ever hindered
Scientists in their quest for the understanding of HUMAN EXISTENCE
