What I am saying is that if you think you can get a level
playing field, then you must be dreaming. Which country
(democratic) gives their opponent a level playing field. The story
is meant to tell you that if he gives you a level playing field
then he is being cruel to himself. This will not be expected
throughout. As in Singapore, we have redraw boundary, GRC
etc.
Like Sun Zi says: if you have a choice to fight, choose a place
where you stands a higher chance of winning because in a war, there
is no winner but you don't lose big time.
If you think I am a hypocritic, maybe yes. My parents are civil
servants. We need to eat. We can't simply come out and protest or
jump into any opposition bandwagon. What we can do is to give the
opposition a fighting chance during an election.
