Is it NOT better that each one of them "tiao lou liao" - if they
cannot do the job, then for the Singaporean Tax Money to be used to
pay for so many people to help the Minister to do a better
job to CONTROL us ?
Do we need two secretaries to support a PRINCIPAL Secretary ?
Do we need one or two Permanent Secretaries, when there is also a
Second Minister and a Minister of State in one Ministry ?
With the Ministers already paid MILLION DOLLAR annual wages, what
will be the wages of the administrative staff that support the
Cabinet Ministers ?
How often have we seen successful corporations being overbloated
with staff, as they create more work for
themselves ?
No wonder we have incidences like the NKF, where 'monkey
see, monkey do'.
