That's a good idea, but crafting such a law won't be easy. A
goverment cannot operate without secrets, thing is, how are we
going to make the distinction between a cover up and the exigencies
of national interest or security ? How do you differentiate between
political mud-slingers and a genuine citizen who has been wronged
?
what we need is a means to make that distinction. Perhaps an
independent body directly under the prime minister's office ?
