The question to the Ruling Party a.k.a the present Singapore
Government - concerning GIC and GLCs transparency - has been asked
many times over, and the response has always been evasive.
The other branches of the Elite Services in the Statutory Boards,
Civil Services, and GLCs are learning the extravagant habits of the
Ruling Party, and balking with similar style of evasive answers
when probes are made.
With so much cash in the Singapore Reserves, the new attitude has
now changed to one of - "We can AFFORD IT, so WHY NOT ? ".
No wonder, a sum of $600,000 is small change, even 'PEANUTS'.
