i was wondering can IQ 58 know that his sentence is too much or
too little. but he sure knows he has right to appeal. and
understood why he is arrested and charge in court. so does he need
advice?
not really,
then again, if he has advised , and was advised to appeal , then
how, even more severed punishment.
i think if he is so blur cannot understand what he did wrong by
touching women breasts and why he is being punished, the police has
a duty that he been instituitionlise if not he may go around
touching every women he sees or meet and cannot be punished. the
victim could be anyone we know.
I believe the police would have done all background checks to
determine his behaviour from childhood to current age.
