Heard alot about kidney patients being told to downgrade their
homes, expand all their CPF, get their siblings to pay for the
dialysis... etc and only to receive subsidise rates.
Heard some who do not have money was turned away. This I'm doubtful
but a COI would open up the truth and that's what the NKF has to do
now to win the donors back.
