Additional Info: These CCTVs do not have an active person watching them 24 hrs. The videos are recorded. Mr Chiam See Tong said unless the CCTVs are 100% subsidized by the police (garhmen), he will not agree to install them in his area. He believes that security is the duty of the garhmen and that garhmen should foot all the bills.
