I think the bullet hit the amoured humvee. From the sound of the gun shot, it seems like a 7.42mm round or bigger. If it hit him on any part, he won't be able to get up and run to the back of the humvee.

That is why it is pointless to apply capital punishment to such people. Remember how the Bali bombers cheered when they learnt they would be executed? They saw it as some kind of martyrdom.

Anyway, with or without capital punishment, there will always people joining the ranks of the terrorists.

Why not make all arrested muslim extremists work to pay their keep? I think they can make themselves useful tending to pig farms and dog pounds... This way, all terrorists know that if they get caught in Sg, they won't be matyred but will go straight to HELL...
