After reading up more into this case, I find that both parties
are in the wrong.
The motorcyclist wanted to show off, the taxi driver got annoyed
and over-reacted.
In my opinion, the cab driver should have at least attracted 6
years in prison, some strokes of the cane, and a lifetime ban from
driving.
Well, the 6 years was not given, and the cane spared. I attribute
this to the good work of his lawyer.
