miong SG Let's face it and not kid ourselves - our nation's finances are chiefly controlled by members of a family! The scenes you watch in Parliament are just stage shows to entertain a mostly wide-eyed population, and of course to let foreign investors (especially Americans) think we are a fully democratic country (which Singapore is NOT).
Ito_^ SG actually.. we are not known to be democratic among foreign governments. its just that we provide stability so they just close one eye.
