with..we're a DEVELOPING nation and everybody knows that. what BS

world class cities: new york, london, tokyo
unique cities: sydney & few others
cities trying to be world class: melbourne, hong kong, zurich
WANNA-BE cities: SINGAPORE.
whats the bloody use of building museums and the esplanade when we
dont even have any famous artworks to display? how can you try to
be "dynamic" and "creative" when you restrict eveything?
