fully agree with u. furthermore, is the public's money really
spent on all those who are affected, cos it seems that they only
take care the 'needy'. sad to say, most of us are in middle class.
'needy' only a very small percentage.
when see nkf, always see tears on their eyes to ask for help. but
there are many others who have more frustration when these money
cannot be used to help them, cos they are not 'needy'.
without a good account of the money spent, esp on extravagant
building, its tough to convince me to donate. however, most see the
tears, they will still call la. they just know how to play on our
heart. those who mind over heart, are a bit more skeptical.
